Privacy policy

This policy explains what information oplari.com, the website for Neatfold Co. products, collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Contact form messages. If you use our contact form, we receive your email address, your message, the topic you pick and, if you give it, your name. We use these only to read and reply to your message.
• Spam protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending the message. Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser to do this.
• Abuse prevention. To limit repeated submissions, we keep a one-way, salted code made from your IP address that changes every day. We never store your IP address itself.
• Site statistics. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across sites.

We don't use advertising cookies, we don't sell or share your information for marketing, and we don't currently run a mailing list.

Where your information is stored

Contact form messages are stored in a database run by Cloudflare and forwarded to our inbox by email so we can reply. Cloudflare may process this information outside Canada.

How long we keep it

We keep messages only as long as we need them to answer you and follow up, and then delete them.

Purchases on Etsy and Amazon.ca

We don't take payments on this site. When you follow a link to Etsy or Amazon.ca, their own privacy policies apply to anything you do there, including purchases.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Send your request through the contact form. Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) gives you these rights.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
