What we make
Neatfold Co. makes practical record-keeping tools for Canadian households: fillable PDF and Excel templates sold on Etsy, and a paperback rental property ledger sold on Amazon.ca. OPLARI is where they all live in one place.
The products cover four everyday situations:
- Rental property and home upkeep, organized by CRA Form T776 line names
- Estates, from an executor's accounts to dividing a parent's belongings fairly
- Family care, including caregiver pay records and power of attorney money logs
- Tax time, for households and home child-care providers
How we approach it
Every tool is built around Canadian forms and terms, so the records you keep line up with the paperwork you'll eventually face. Layouts are clean and roomy, with plain-language labels, so they're easy to fill in by hand or on screen.
What our tools are not
